Card size is 3.94" x 5.51"(100x140mm)and the thickness is 30 mil. Artwork size required is 104x144mm. It is the biggest size of our stock. This size can be put into the WS-05 soft PVC badge holder.

All card design are same means the card only has one design/artwork and not includes several different kinds of artwork. Please note the artwork for the cards should be 600dpi in jpg, png, pdf, eps, ai or cdr format.
2. All card design are different
All card design are different means different kinds of artwork are included or different photos, names, position,or department etc can be printed on the cards. Artwork required for this kind or cards must be in excel sheet format including all the information needed. Also, the font file used for names, position or department must be provided.
- Card Finishing
- 1. Glossy
Glossy finishing means the PVC card surface treatment is relatively bright, strong anti-luminosity, so mirror effect can be achieved, and the surface is very smooth. This kind of card finishing is very common. Supermarket membership card and bank card are made with glossy finishing in general.
2. Matte
Matte finishing, in the opposite of Glossy finishing, the surface of a matte finishing card has a very weak reverse luminosity, even in places with strong light.
3. Frosted
Frosted finishing means the surface of PVC card is treated as frosted. It is also non-reflective. Compared with glossy and matte finishing, frosted finishing card is not easy to be worn or scratched, and the texture is good.
- Artwork Size
- In printing process, bleeding area is very important. For 3.94" x 5.51"(100x140mm) PVC cards, the size of artwork should be 104x144mm. Pls add the bleed area for your artwork, otherwise the message or words in the edge of artwork will be slightly cut off in the final product.

Color Difference
When the artwork of pvc cards have saturated colors, there will be a color difference. Colors with high saturation like the ones shown below cannot be 100% same. If you can't accept color difference, please avoid high saturation colors in your artwork.
The factory uses the Pantone Solid Coated color card. In addition to the high saturation colors of pantone color shown above, the colors of the artwork can be printed more accurately in this color range.
